Things to Know

There are a number of things you should know before the big day:
  • Cost
    • $30 for Ages 21+ (in advance -- $35 at the door)
    • $20 for Ages 9-20 (in advance -- $25 at the door)
    • FREE for Ages 0-8 (with paying adult family member)
  • Saturday, September 16, 2017 from 2:00pm to 10:00pm
    (Raindate: Sunday, September 17, 2017)
  • Newman Ave. will be closed off (by permit), from Cumberland Ave. to Wildwood Terrace.
  • There will be a bandstand placed on the avenue, facing uphill. (The hill makes for a nice amphitheatre)
  • There will be tables and chairs throughout the surrounding areas for eating BUT please bring your own beach chair.
  • There will be portable pottys on the corner of Newman and Rose Terr.
  • Rose Terrace will be blocked off at the rear of the apartments
  • Please bring your own beach chair.


The stage is set up in front of 74 Newman Avenue.


  • We have four bands lined up to rock the ‘Fest this year.
  • American BBQ type line-up coordinated and prepared by Chef Carmen Quagliata of the Union Square Café, NYC.
  • The Pig Roast and Pizza were a hit last year, so they’re on the menu as well!!
  • Beer, Wine, Mixed Drinks, Soda, Water, Lemonade, Iced Tea etc. (ID for 21 and over a must!)
  • Kid's Corner for the “Little Ones” on Rose Terrace (see below).


"Kids' Corner" is on Rose Terrace, just off Newman Ave.

5:00 — 6:00 Arts and Crafts Supplies are limited
TBA Ice Cream Break!
6:15 — 6:45 Musical Bingo (Win Prizes!)
6:45 Grab Bag Supplies are limited
